Plodding along…

Plodding along at the speed of light! So here’s some of my work that I have produced today…

they still need working on as I still seem to be developing ideas for my final  collections. I’m almost done with development so in the next three weeks should be able to produce my final collections. It seems late to be still onto development but i wanted to make sure I’m certain what goes where etc.

My theme is window shopping but I have started looking at objects and imagery within them.

Only 24days left and counting!

 

My Photobook still hasn’t shown it’s face but I’m hoping it will arrive tomorrow, fingers and toes crossed.

Window Shopping…

It’s the Easter holidays, however I disagree that this is at all a holiday! If getting up at 7am each morning and working on my final major project from 7.30am till 10pm (or later) is a holiday then I’d rather work full time.

The deadline for this project is fast approaching and at the moment I can not see the light at the end of the tunnel.  As well as working on development and final designs I’ve been out and about taking more photographs of shop windows. You would think I’m using this as an excuse to go shopping but believe me all I am doing is window shopping, I would be delighted to actually take some time off to go shopping but this is just for primary research!

After several days of fretting, my photo book that I ordered over 12 days ago for the professional studies module still hasn’t arrived! Should I start to panic yet?

Hello world!

Hello and Good Day!

After Several weeks of getting to grips with what a blog is, I finally understand! I think? Well I’ve got one any way so I’d best start using it whether I like it or not! I’ve never been good at keeping a diary so I don’t know how long this blog things going to last.

OK so my final major project is well on it’s way now and I’m fastly approaching a nervous break down! I’ve been researching and looking for inspiration the past few days so I feel like I have done nothing and have nothing to show for it but actually I’m full of ideas it’s now just a case of getting them down into my sketchbook and doing something about them.

 

At the minute I’m just trying to develop my collage of the florists into some sort of repeat or wrapping paper design. This is the drawing I’m developing…
